Erst als Dukey an den letzten nicht kontrollierten Teil seines Gehirns, der für Liebe zuständig ist, appelliert, gewinnt Johnny die Oberhand über die monströse Hose.

Auf Anweisung der Schulpsychologin soll Johnny mit seinem Vater ein Wochenende lang Zelten gehen. Damit sein Baumhaus besser ist als das von Sissy, klaut Johnny die Hälfte der Konstruktionsdrohnen seiner Schwestern, und lässt sich einen außergewöhnlichen Baumhauspalast zimmern. Als die Experimente von Susan und Mary schief laufen, fordern sie ihre Drohnen zurück, die jedoch außer Kontrolle geraten und das neue Baumhaus wieder zerstören.

Weil Gil in eine Schauspielerin verliebt ist, die in einem Film einen Vampir spielt, kreuzen Susan und Mary ihre Gene mit der einer Fledermaus und werden zu richtigen Vampiren. Bei der Filmpremiere versuchen sie Gil auszusaugen, aber sie haben nicht mit den Vampirjägern Johnny und Dukey gerechnet … Johnny hat die Nase voll davon, in der Schule der Kleinste zu sein. Hinter dem Rücken seiner Schwestern erhöht er den Testosteron-Anteil in seinem Körper und mutiert zu einem Monster. Bevor das Militär Experimente an ihm durchführen kann, versuchen seine Schwestern und Dukey Johnny mit einem Gegenmittel gerettet.
6	Agentenhund entlaufen / Johnny und die Hypno-Maus	2011-06-27
Der vom Militär entwickelte Roboter-Kampf-Hund ist Mr. Black und Mr. White entwischt. Johnny soll den beiden Agenten dabei helfen, den supersüßen Lieblingshund des Generals wieder einzufangen. Als dieser sich bedroht fühlt, setzt er den Countdown für eine Neutronenbombe in Gang. Mit einer äußerst ungewöhnlichen Maßnahme versucht Johnny die Explosion der Bombe zu verhindern. Johnny will für ein Naturwissenschaftsprojekt Montague, die Maus, durch ein Labyrinth laufen lassen. Da Montague nicht mitmachen will, hypnotisiert er ihn mit dem Hypnohelm seiner Schwestern. Nach der Präsentation in der Schule wird Montague von Zirkusdirektor Dingling entführt, der ihn in seinem Zirkus die gefährlichsten Kunststücke machen lässt. Susan, Mary, Johnny und Dukey versuchen gemeinsam Montague aus den Händen des Zirkusdirektors zu befreien.
5	Der falsche Fünfziger / Johnny Unwiderstehlich	2011-06-27
Johnny und Dukey reisen mit der Teetassen-Zeitmaschine in der Zeit zurück, um ein verbilligtes Videospiel zu kaufen. Versehentlich landen sie in den fünfziger Jahren und hängen dort fest. Nur Susan und Mary können sie noch retten und in die Gegenwart zurückbringen … Johnny möchte auch so unwiderstehlich wie Gil sein und strapaziert die Unwiderstehlichkeitsmaschine seiner beiden Schwestern bis zum Anschlag. Jetzt allerdings sind alle absolut verrückt nach ihm – von Bumper bis zu den Bienen. Nur mit Mühe gelingt es Johnny, sich vor der verliebten Menge im Labor in Sicherheit zu bringen, so dass seine Schwestern das Experiment wieder rückgängig machen können.
4	Katzen-Johnny / Haifisch Johnny	2011-06-20
Weil er die Super 3D-Brille seiner Schwestern über die 3D-Brille eines Kinofilms setzt, gelangen die lila Weltraum-Katzen des Spielfilms ins Kino und wollen die Menschheit unterwerfen. Johnny und seine Schwestern wollen eine spezielle Linse am Kinoprojektor anbringen, um die Katzen wieder zurückzu bringen. Aber erst das Eingreifen von Dukey als „Weltraum-Hund“ sorgt für ein glückliches Ende. Bling-Bling Boy trägt einen Ring der dafür sorgt, dass sich Susan in ihn verliebt. Als dieser Ring beim Zweikampf mit Johnny ins Wasser fällt, machen sich sowohl Bling-Bling Boy als auch Johnny und Dukey auf die Suche nach dem wertvollen Stück. Susan und Mary transformieren Johnny und Dukey in Haifische. Das allerdings führt zu einigen Komplikationen.
3	Fleck weg, Johnny weg / Johnny vs. Bling-Bling Boy – Der ultimative Kampf	2011-06-20
Um die von Johnny verursachte Schweinerei im Wohnzimmer wieder sauber zu machen, entwickeln Susan und Mary für ihren Bruder einen Fleckenentferner. Als davon versehentlich etwas auf Johnnys Körper gelangt, wird er unsichtbar … Die ständigen Kämpfe zwischen Johnny und Bling-Bling Boy nehmen immer größere Ausmaße an und nerven sowohl Susan und Mary als auch das Wissenschaftler-Team von Bling-Bling Boy. Die Schwestern und die Wissenschaftler beschließen daraufhin eine ultimative letzte Schlacht der beiden, die jedoch unentschieden endet und immer wieder in die Verlängerung geht. Zu guter Letzt drehen Bling-Bling Boy und Johnny den Spieß um und lassen die Schwestern und die Wissenschaftler gegeneinander antreten

Johnny hat eine Schiffsreise für die ganze Familie gewonnen, obwohl er an gar keinem Preisausschreiben teilgenommen hat. Doch alle sind so wild auf den kostenlosen Urlaub, dass sie sich keine Fragen stellen. Nur Johnny ist skeptisch. An Bord des Luxusliners stellt sich heraus, dass Bling-Bling Boy dahinter steckt.
