"Kenny VS. Spenny", das Original der Show "Elton vs. Simon", ist provokative Reality-Comedy. Kenny und Spenny verbindet eine Hass-Liebe. Die beiden sind die besten Freunde, bekämpfen sich aber trotzdem bis aufs Blut. Die ausgefochtenen Disziplinen sind schwachsinnig, tragen aber gerade aus diesem Grund zu großer Belustigung des Zuschauers bei.
So lassen sich Kenny und Spenny beispielsweise für mehrere Tage mit Handschellen aneinander ketten und machen sich in diesen Tagen gegenseitig die Hölle heiß. Verloren hat die Person, die die Handschellen als erstes löst. Der Verlierer muss eine Strafe hinnehmen, die einzig und alleine der Demütigung dieser Person dient.
