Das Königliche Siegel ist ein Instrument, das seinem Anwender ungeheure Kräfte verleihen kann. Doch sucht es sich seinen rechtmäßigen Träger selbst aus. jeder, der das Siegel führt, ohne auserwählt worden zu sein, verliert langsam den Verstand. Sonsaku, Herrscher von Go, hat das Siegel mit Gewalt an sich gerissen, um Macht für die Eroberung von Gi zu erhalten. Rikuson, das Blutrote Schwert und letzter Nachkomme der Familie der Wächter für das Königliche Siegel, versucht, auf anraten seines Meisters, den Willen des Königlichen Siegels zu erfahren und ersucht Sonsaku, sich ihm anzuschließen.
